About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industryResponsibilities:
Your responsibilities may include the following:
Assist in project-related work to execute against 2025 strategic initiatives in the Pension and Group Medical business, such as:Fact-finding exercises to understand existing business needs, systems and processesAnalysis on business requirements, including ideation, prioritization, detailing and planningProject management related tasks to execute against timelineConduct desktop research and analysis on local competitive landscape (e.g., MPF, Health & Wellness)Support in creating executive communication materials and participate in key meetings as neededSupport other adhoc tasks as neededRequirements:
Students from all backgrounds and fields of studies, and are in their penultimate year of studyExcellent team player and curious learnerAbility to multi-task, quick to adapt and ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong command of written and spoken English and ChineseStrong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)Others:
