About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities:

Provide input and deliver key initiatives to agents to achieve the assigned sales targetsCommunicate and build relationship with agency support and push CS businessCommunicate and build relationships with agents for business developmentKeep abreast of market development to update agentsCollaborate with counterparts of EB Sales and IVS Team to promote & capture cross-selling opportunities of EB and IVSProvide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customersProvide help desk at agent’s' offices, if applicableEffectively monitor the sales performances of assigned intermediaries to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is metProvide coaching and training to support staffPerform any other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience, preferably with insurance companiesGood product knowledgeGood communication skillsAble to manage a project independentlyGood command of English and ChineseTactful interpersonal relationshipGood presentation skillsSelf-motivated and customer orientatedPreferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensedEnsure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
