Crystal Ski Operations Support Agent

Join our office team for Crystal Ski as an Operations Support Agent in Andorra and be the key link in the chain between our resort teams, our head office colleagues, and our suppliers, providing essential admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service.


You’ll also be supporting all related functions of office management to ensure that every day runs smoothly.  


ABOUT OUR OFFER

ABOUT THE JOB  

Set up the sales database at the start of the season and maintain throughoutAssist with the training of resort staff on accounts processes Driving to visit your resorts to perform further training, reconciliations & assistance Distribute and asset manage all company equipment, such as uniform, mobile phones, and iPad that are issued to resort staff Manage accounting data and cash/card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances, and assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for paymentAssist with credit card payment issues Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently 

ABOUT YOU  

Fluent in verbal and written English. Spanish or Catalan is advantageousHave an open, friendly & collaborative approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with both colleagues and suppliersYou have strong communication skills, and you are comfortable explaining detailed processes to others in a simplistic way, using a variety of media You manage your time effectively and your attention to detail is high. You always produce work to an excellent standardYou’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to youYou love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within specified deadlinesYou are tech savvy with a digital attitude.  You’re confident working with Outlook, Excel and WordYou are highly numeric, preferably with accounts experience   You’ve experience in working in an office environment or something similar
