Your ImpactProvide essential operational and project management support across multiple analyst relations programs and initiativesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of analyst events, briefings, and engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive experience for analysts.Manage project timelines and deliverables for key analyst reports and evaluations, coordinating inputs from various internal stakeholders and ensuring timely submissions.Assist in the development and distribution of analyst communications, including newsletters, updates, and research materials.Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and information flow to support AR activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of AR processes and operational efficiencies.Requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Minimum Qualifications3-5 years of experience in enterprise B2B software, technology, or a related industryProven direct experience in Analyst Relations or a closely related field (e.g., product marketing, corporate communications) with demonstrated engagement with industry analystsStrong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of developing clear and concise content.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced or rapidly growing technology environment.Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.Proactive, self-starter with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.Familiarity with major industry analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and their research methodologies.Flexible on location#WeAreCisco
