Job Description

This role involves managing various processes such as processing repair claims, escalating containers on customs holds, and communicating through reports with other teams within the organization. Responsibilities
Manage and process repair claims efficiently.Escalate containers on customs hold as necessary.Communicate and create detailed reports for other teams.Utilize systems for auditing Accessorial Claims with precision.Engage in minimal phone support, relying on the auditing platform for communication with carriers.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Excel, including experience with SUM, average formulas, and pivot tables/v lookups.Stakeholder management and effective communication.Ability to leverage multiple data sources for informed decision-making.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in logistics operations, preferably with claims or auditing experience.Accuracy and attention to detail.Familiarity with transportation and freight processes.Understanding of leadership principles: Are Right, a lot and Deliver Results.Work Environment
The team currently works in person Tuesday to Friday, with Monday as a remote day. This schedule is subject to change. The role involves working with auditing platforms, requiring minimal phone communication. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
