You’ll work closely with engineers and developers to identify issues, assess risk, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Your ability to detect bugs, track resolutions, and continuously improve testing procedures will be key to driving efficiency and value. Our GBS-KL office practices Hybrid Work arrangement. **Key Responsibilities** + Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change + Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated. + Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated + Utilize test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value + Document and evaluates test results + Detect, log, and report program bugs and errors + Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software + Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value + Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance + Work with software developers to determine solutions + Participate in Agile Ceremonies **Skills & experience** + Bachelor's in relevant field + Min 3 years experience with QA/Test Automation role. Experience with CRM tools will be highly preferred + Experience in project management and QA approaches + Advance knowledge of automation tools such as **Selenium** , Appium, Serenity BDD, **Playwright** + Working knowledge of programming languages, such as **Java, Postman** + Working knowledge of **MS Dynamics CRM** or other major CRM solutions + Strong problem-solving skills w/excellent organisational and time management skills At Convatec, we’re pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch.
