Job Description: CRM Summer Intern
Position Title: CRM Summer Intern
Department: Digital Transformation & CXEC (Digital Engagement Team)
Reports To: CRM Specialist (Ashley Marshall)
Duration: June 2026-August 2026 with potential for longer
Objective: To assist the CRM Specialist in implementing and enhancing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in planning CRM push content calendars and consumer touchpoint strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the manager, internal teams, and agency partners.
+ Support the development of briefs and internal tickets for emails and assist in overseeing the execution of creative workflows.
+ Help review creative and content recommendations and provide feedback.
+ Assist in developing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing AB Test and Learn plans.
+ Help manage and update timelines in project management tools.
+ Support the building and deployment of push email campaigns and journey automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
+ Assist in targeting and building audiences in SFMC and/or CDP targeting tools.
+ Support testing, QA, and troubleshooting of builds and HTML for adaptable emails.
+ Assist in conducting routine analysis and reporting on the performance of CRM Campaigns.
+ Contribute to marketing channel management and health for channels of email, SMS, and direct mail.
+ Support staying up-to-date on best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
+ Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Open to Frehmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior.
+ Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM or marketing automation concepts
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
+ Ability to organize, plan, and carry out multiple related activities
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $20.00 - $24.50 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
