A national law firm seeks a CRM Strategist to join their team.
The CRM Strategist will manage and optimize the firm's CRM system
(InterAction) and email marketing platform to support business
development and communication initiatives. This role involves
coordinating with IT and external vendors to ensure systems align with
industry best practices and remain well-maintained. The strategist will
also lead efforts to design and implement an experience database,
collaborating with marketing and practice teams to build and standardize
records. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, supporting
marketing campaigns, conducting research to enhance contact
intelligence, and staying current on new technologies. The position
requires collaboration across departments to support broader marketing
objectives. Other general marketing duties may be assigned as needed by
management.
Strong client service orientation with the ability to multitask and work
independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational
skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in
managing workflows and prioritizing multiple projects. Exceptional
command of English, including spelling and grammar. Strong computer
skills, including Microsoft Office, InterAction CRM, and proprietary email
marketing tools.
