Job Description
Purpuse:
Serve as the country-level CRM specialist for AbbVie Israel, responsible for managing the Veeva CRM system, supporting business users, and enabling high-quality customer data, reporting, and insights. Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve CRM processes, align local needs with global requirements, and enhance the effectiveness of field and medical teams.
Responsibilities:
Managing Veeva CRM systemReporting to Israel CEX DirectorCollaborate closely with CEX BI Manager, Training Manager, Digital Manager, BTS and the brand teamsAdministrative tasks in CRM: data quality, reporting practices, execution of global requirements, finding ways to meet local needsIn-depth recognition of the CRM associated systemsGuiding and supporting field-based Commercial and Medical colleagues in their ways of working, e.g., planning, reporting and recording customer dataCreation of processes to optimize workOrganization of all training materialsTechnical savviness, interest and willingness to learn and explore new systems and technologyUsability of Veeva CRM as source for analysis and dashboardsReach an understanding of the business and the ability to independently create dashboards as needed in coordination with the parties RelevantQualifications
Previous experience from CRM is mustUnderstanding of what customer relationship management means in the pharma industryWillingness and curiosity to learn and explore new systems and technologySystematic working style; ability to evaluate affiliate needs and what comes from the Global teamWillingness to take ownership of one’s area of work and grow as an expert5 years of relevant working experience
