Breakdown of the role: \n- 70 % of their time will be spent working with the broader team to ensure campaigns are going well \n- 20 % of the time will be spent in other programs or channels \n- 10 % of their time is spent in meetings or doing reporting outside of Tuesdays; Tuesdays will basically be back to back meetings \n\nHands on EMAIL, SMS and PUSH campaign build including dynamic content, QA, A/B test and optimization and scheduling in Klaviyo and Tapcart.\nHands on build and /or edits with QA to automated email, SMS and PUSH campaigns and journeys with universal content blocks and advanced segmentation.\nImport lists & define segments with “and” “or” join logic, or with AI segment building in Klaviyo. \nCreate, share and present campaign and promotional performance reporting on a recurring weekly, monthly and ad-hoc cadence from: Shopify, Elevar, Klaviyo, Tapcart, Recharge, Yotpo and/or Retention X. \nUpdate on-site message center messaging and lead capture forms in Wisepops. \nCraft creative copy to include creative headlines, body copy, subject line, and preheaders.\nCreate and submit creative briefs and offer creative direction for new creative initiatives. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to intake new email requests, capture project updates, confirm approvals, and intake assets.\nAs needed, provide channel-specific best practices, campaign timeline and strategic recommendations.\nProvide omni-channel CRM support for new integrations, projects and initiatives including new product or campaign launches, promotional events, new SASS vendor onboarding, transactional email support and ad-hoc retail support.\nA lot of adhoc reporting on KPIs - regular cadence of monthly reporting, quarterly reporting & more frequent reporting for extensive campaigns (IE Black Friday) - Mainly done in a cloud based system working within that & leveraging dashboards

3 + years of hands-on CRM experience supporting direct to consumer or business to consumer \n4-5 years + working in a direct to consumer ecommerce platform like Shopify, Big commerce, Woo or Magento \nIntermediate to advanced email marketing \nSome exposure to PUSH or SMS marketing \nDynamic email content \nCopywriting is a plus but not necessary \nOk with a mix of B2B and DTC or B2C as long as the majority of their experience is direct to consumer \nMust have worked with a consumer product before - preferably within the health & wellness space - do not want to see people from the service space, needs to be an actual product\nExperience working with mid-market or enterprise level ESP like Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce\nExperience working with large data sets, segmentation logic, universal blocks, and dynamic content\nExperience working with cloud-based performance measurement tools like Google Analytics, Adobe, Retention X, Eloqua or similar

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
