Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to manage, maintain, and enhance our CRM platform. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, supporting user needs, and driving system improvements to better serve our sales and operations teams.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nOversee day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system (Zoho)\nManage user accounts, including adding and removing users\nEnsure data accuracy through regular audits and clean-up\nDevelop and implement automation workflows and sales process enhancements\nSchedule and generate custom reports for leadership\nCollaborate with the sales team to support lead tracking, follow-ups, and automation strategies\nAssist with the development and rollout of new CRM features\nAll duties as assigned by management\n\n

Required Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field\nProven experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to work independently and take initiative\nFamiliarity with automation tools, reporting dashboards, and CRM best practices\n\n
