Job scope:
develop the CRM strategy to personalize engagement with our usersdesign and implement CRM communications/journeys to increase consumer valuetranslate consumer insights into effective action plans that will maximize value provided by brand to consumer and drive business performanceresponsible for efficient segmentation & targeting and use of effective communication tools aimed at delivering on communication objectives and KPIsmonitor and evaluate campaign KPIs and drive continuous improvementRequirements:
3+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital agency, preferably CRM with Consumer Journey designAdvanced project managementstrong analytical skillsability to drive insights into actionsexperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
