We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Registering in the electronic system all RFQs and POs from customers in a timely manner; + Processing all inquiries arriving on the customer Portals; + Processing incoming Mail from customers and redirect to specific Business Unit; + Ensuring accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures; + Maintaining an updated CRM database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts; + Sending acknowledgement of receipt for RFQs and POs to customer; + Assigning CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office; + Providing support to the Sales team that meets customer requirements and ensures the highest standards of presentation; + Updating CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged. **Who You Are:** You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive.
