BRP is looking for a skilled QA engineering specialist to join its dynamic and growing CRM Testing and Quality Assurance Engineering team. As a CRM team QA Specialist you will be able to demonstrate your talents and enjoy working on a variety of digital projects (Salesforce & ACC) in a fast paced and agile environment.
You will define and execute unit, regression, system integration test and smoke test cases, ensuring the quality and responsiveness of our digital technology platforms alongside a talented and passionate development team working on a vast array of systems.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Be the voice of QA during CRM (Salesforce & ACC) projects, leading discussions regarding QA strategy and planning.
Actively test digital properties, applications, subsystems, interfaces (APIs), and supporting technical infrastructure.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce and ACC applications, covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Validate workflows, customizations, and configurations in Salesforce (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Apex) and ACC modules.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like RobotFrame work, Selenium, Provar (Salesforce), or testing tools - TestRails.
Log and manage defects in tools such as JIRA, documenting detailed steps for reproduction.
Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct performance and security testing to validate system responsiveness, data integrity, and compliance with standards.
Validate data transfers and processing between Salesforce and ACC to ensure seamless functionality.
Partner with CRM teams to identify gaps and suggest enhancements for Salesforce and ACC solutions.
Create and manage test data to support various scenarios while ensuring sensitive data complies with security standards.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Over 5 years of experience in QA roles, including leading QA practices with a focus on Salesforce and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
Extensive hands-on experience with IT principles, testing theories, and methodologies.
Proven expertise in executing test plans, including analysis, script design, and execution.
Skilled in using test management tools like JIRA and TestRail and automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of APIs and experience testing integrations between Salesforce, ACC, and other systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and deliver actionable insights.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for diagnosing complex workflows and pinpointing root causes.
Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and organizational processes.
Committed to continuous growth and staying updated with advancements in Salesforce and ACC.
Holds Salesforce Certified Administrator or QA Specialist credentials.
Relevant certifications or training in Adobe Campaign Classic.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player who works with urgency to meet timelines.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science.
