What will you be doing? 

Partner with business and IT stakeholders: Enable Epicor Aptos CRM’s capabilities to support our brands, leveraging technical and business knowledge to design solutions and maintain the system Monitor the production environment: Ensure peak season readiness for the CRM platform, troubleshooting and correcting data into and out of the CRM system Serve as CRM solution expert: Work closely with the Marketing and IT teams to support efficient running and growth of our organization in addition to managing domain-specific work streams, maintaining an integrated approach that ensures functional areas work seamlessly together Provide documentation: Record functional flows and application documentation Monitor data flow: Ensure seamless data flows to internal and external systems Be the technical subject matter expert: Design, configure, test and troubleshoot CRM objects that are low to medium in complexity

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems preferred 2-5 years of CRM System Administration experience (Epicor preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills including requirement writing Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services and scripting development Amperity CDP and SAP HANA experience preferred
