Descripción del puesto Leads development and execution of both central and local CRM campaigns—covering segmentation, customer journey design, creative production, performance reporting, and budget oversight. Acts as liaison between data analysts, creative and platform teams, agencies, and central stakeholders; ensures campaign alignment with automotive sector specifics, tone of voice, and technical feasibility. Responsabilidades How you’d spend your day: Coordinate local and central CRM campaigns. Participating in the definition of local strategies and segmentations for activation Being the guarantor of the local campaigns for the country: campaign’s brief / customer journey improvement / planning / production costs / creative iterations / HTML inputs / help with performance reports Working with the Data Analysts to extract insights Coordinating with the creative team, platform team and the advertising agency Ensuring the technical feasibility Relies on its business expertise as well as its good knowledge of the automotive sector, model ranges and services of the Brands and their specificities Coordinates adaptation of central campaigns (local tone of voice, specific versions) CRM strategies and segmentations, aligned with CRM Lead. Coordination with central Teams, feedback of best practices, validation of local campaigns. Data and performance insights Cualificaciones What we’re looking for: Ideally over 2-3 years of experience working as a CRM Executive within international projects. Strong level of English, C1, that will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team. Previous experience working within the automotive industry. (highly appreciated) Experience in customer journey definition, segmentations and technical planification of Campaigns. Experience in Salesforce (with planification and definition of Campaigns role -not managing the platform-) (highly appreciated) We think you’re awesome if you: Have some previous experience working with Agile methodologies.
