The Role:
As a CRM Assistant for UGG, you will manage and oversee various CRM initiatives, ensuring brand identity is consistently portrayed throughout marketing communications. You will work closely with internal and external teams to create compelling email campaigns, support database growth, and provide insightful reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate will be a talented and passionate individual with an understanding of how to engage our Munich market via email and owned channels.
This role will be based out of our Munich office and will be required to be on site in the office 2-3 times per week.

Your Impact:
Work with brand on copy creation and submit translationsBuild and maintain relationships with external agenciesCollaborate with trade team on product selections and linksPartner with design team on email creation and approvalCreate and build email campaigns in CordialSchedule and report on campaign performanceEnsure brand identity is portrayed throughout marketing communicationsSupport CRM Specialist in defining regional monthly marketing calendar and briefsAchieve database growth targetsCreate and present presentations for reporting and updatesGenerate monthly CRM reports and present findings in team meetingsConduct monthly competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvementProactively share insights with the teamUpdate welcome codes monthly and seasonal imagery for automated emailsOwn monthly team meetings alongside other assistantsStay updated with industry trends and changes, suggesting best practicesCreate A/B testing plans to ensure industry best practices are followedSupport other brands during absences and holidaysApply CRM best practices across all areas, always seeking new ideas to improve processes, emails, and communicationsCOME AS YOU ARE
