Kforce has a client that is seeking a CRM Data Contractor in the Doral, FL area. Summary: This role is responsible for analyzing campaign performance across email, direct mail and the website and sharing ways to enhance customer engagement. A successful CRM Data Contractor will be comfortable working with data from many different data sources, preparing and mining data, creating reports and dashboards, and presenting information in a clear and compelling manner. This role works closely with members of the CRM team as well as cross-functional partners throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights. They will have expert-level SQL skills and experience manipulating data in Google Analytics, Looker and Tableau Desktop. They will possess a strong understanding of statistical techniques and advanced mathematical skills. In addition to strong attention to detail, they have a proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and reporting. The CRM Data Contractor will maintain datasets required for reporting on email, direct mail and website performance. Data will be maintained via SQL through Google BigQuery, SAS Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Excel and similar tools. This role will leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink DaVinci, Optimizely, Asana, etc.
