This position is based out of the Staples Promotional Product corporate office in Overland Park, KS.

Data Management and Quality Control
Perform data entry, cleansing, and import/export tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrityUser Support and Troubleshooting
Provide basic support to end-users by answering questions, guiding them through standard Salesforce processes, and assisting with login and navigation issuesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities, user permissions, and data accessDocumentation and Process Improvement
Document Salesforce workflows, procedures, and processes to streamline support and usageCreate and manage cases for internal assistance requests, accurately categorizing and documenting issues to enhance resolution trackingReporting and Analytics
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to facilitate analytics and support business decision-makingWhat’s needed - Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMust be a rising junior, graduating in May 2027, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college creditsProficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, permissions, workflow automation, and familiarity with Salesforce objects, reporting, and dashboardsBasic understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and experience with ticketing or case management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and an interest in data analysisWhat’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:
