Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits and assessments of CRM data to identify inaccuracies, duplicate records, and inconsistencies across customer and candidate databases. Implement data validation and cleansing processes to improve data integrity, especially concerning recruitment and candidate profiles. Collaborate with HR, recruitment, marketing, and sales teams to establish data quality standards and best practices for candidate and customer data management. Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to monitor ongoing data health. Assist in data migration, deduplication, and enrichment activities related to candidate and talent acquisition data. Troubleshoot data issues, particularly those affecting recruitment pipelines, candidate records, and related processes; work with IT and business units to resolve underlying problems. Document data quality procedures and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Provide training and support to users on best practices for data entry, candidate record management, and data hygiene.
Experience
Proven experience in CRM data management, data quality, or related fields. Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) and data cleaning tools. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards relevant to HR and recruitment data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and candidate data management a bonus
Skills
Experience with SQL, data modeling, automation tools, and data integration. Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI Experience with data management and quality tooling Certification in data management, CRM systems, or recruitment technology is a plus.
