In this pivotal role, you will act as a key contributor supporting various functions involved in the use of our Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the EMEA region, assisting with projects that drive best practices, foster system adoption, and facilitating data-driven decision making. You will provide direct end-user support as well as documentation designed to enhance proficiency and encourage effective use of our CRM system and associated tools. As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance and support to users of the CRM platform and related capabilities. Acting as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and user queries, you will empower colleagues to harness the full potential of the system, optimizing sales processes and supporting commercial growth. You will also develop guidance materials and provide ongoing support to enable users to get the most out of our platforms. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Act as an essential liaison between the Commercial organization and internal business partners, supporting the Sales team to achieve optimal results. + Lead the creation of effective communication channels and contribute to the development of change management strategies to support the organization during transitions. + Adopt a customer-centric mindset to deliver analytical support for the EMEA CRM platform: address user issues, monitor support channels, troubleshoot, ensure data quality, and provide clear end-user guidance. + Identify and address process gaps, tool limitations, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders such as Commercial and Marketing teams across EMEA. + Coordinate system updates by conducting thorough acceptance testing, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, updating training materials, and delivering user training as needed. + Provide reliable and consistent support to end users to ensure smooth operation and optimal use of the CRM system. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + In-depth knowledge of the role, usually acquired through university-level education and relevant professional experience. + Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous. + Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system is desirable. + A minimum of one year’s experience supporting sales, CRM, or Customer Operations. + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline. + Advanced proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered an asset. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and cultures. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your approach to tasks. + Customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Proactive and self-driven, with a track record of achieving team and individual goals. + Comprehensive understanding of complex software and IT solutions, and the ability to tailor these to business requirements. + Competency in basic software configuration. + Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on technological trends. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
