CRM Administrator

Role Purpose: Manage and optimize CRM databases to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across Salesforce and E-commerce platforms. Provide expert support in data management, analysis, and reporting to drive business insights and decision-making.

Contract duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

Key Accountabilities:

Oversee data quality and integrity within the CRM system, including data imports, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain a single source of truth.

Design and maintain database structures (custom objects, fields, relationships) to support evolving business needs and integration requirements.

Implement robust data security measures including access controls and encryption to protect sensitive information in compliance with regulatory standards.

Develop and execute data migration and ETL processes, ensuring seamless transfer between systems while maintaining data integrity.

Conduct regular data audits and quality checks, providing training on proper data entry procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.

Collaborate with business intelligence teams to design data solutions for advanced reporting and develop dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and implement indexing strategies to ensure efficient data retrieval and system performance.

Lead data enrichment initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation of data structures, ensuring clear understanding of the CRM ecosystem across the organization.


Qualifications
3+ years experience in CRM administration or similar roleExperience in implementing and maintaining CRM systemsExperience in data migration and integration projectsProven track record in data management and analysisBackground in user training and supportExperience in creating technical documentationFluent in Polish and upper-intermediate level of English
