The Critical Powertrain Supply Risk Lead is responsible for working with critical suppliers and assisting them in developing a short term 'build' and 'ship' plan that supports production at the Stellantis manufacturing plant while focusing on a long-term recovery plan for critical components. In this role, the supply specialist must prevent disruptions in the flow of production parts to NA powertrain plants. The selected candidate will work closely with Engineering, Component Capacity Management, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Materials Logistics Management, and Stellantis plants, both for coordination and to break down barriers. The candidate must deliver as a way of life, keep things simple and have the knowledge of when to escalate at the supplier and/or within Stellantis to prevent production disruptions. This role will afford the candidate the ability to functionally manage a Critical Powertrain Supply Risk Specialist. This role within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is in a fast paced, intense area of SCM and requires transparency throughout the supply chain, ownership of issues, and consistent follow up. The candidate be self-directed, looking for process improvement opportunities while eliminating barriers that bring risk.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in production control (MLM) or SCM
Ability to build relationships with those whom you have no authority, and get results
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong customer service skills
Interact confidently with suppliers and communicate effectively to senior management and/or any of the STLA NA plants on supply related issues *Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situations
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Manufacturing plant experience with a working knowledge of supply systems (PC Portal/ODIMS/CMIS/Change Management/CHAMPS/Assembly Receiving Regions)
Passion for customer service
Strong data management skills with large amounts of data (MS Excel/PowerPoint and/or MS Access advanced user). Conversational Spanish language skills.
