Job Description Manage admissions and transfers to the unit. Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry. Accurately transcribe and process medical orders. Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events. Promote continuous quality improvement. Provide instruction and counseling to patients and their families. Skills and Requirements Must Haves ACLS – American Heart Association BLS Certification – American Heart Association FL Nursing License 2+ years’ experience Acute Bedside: ICU, IMC, Critical Care, PCU, Step Down, etc. Wound Care Experience with Traches (Tracheostomy)+ Higher patient ratios (4-5:1) Excellent patient care Plus Drips (Levophed, Precedex, Propofol, Vasopressors, Heparin)
