This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. **What You’ll Do:** •Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. Provide holiday, training & sickness cover for other members of the shift team. Work closely with Data Center Manager to ensure that all operational objectives are achieved.•Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted. •Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment. •Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed., to include walking team through dry-run of procedures prior to work commencing. •Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information. Present to management and key stakeholders.•Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.•Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records. •Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and EOPs/SOPs for critical work with risk assessment. Leads the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational and strategic risks to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance. Implement risk management frameworks, conducts regular risk assessments, and collaborates with stakeholders to proactively address potential threats and enhance organizational resilience. •Ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards. •Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities. •Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. •Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function •Accountable for full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and cost optimization. •Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
