**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Supervisor, you will provide oversight over the team that performs advanced preventative
maintenance and complex corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You’ll Do:**
•Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. Provide holiday, training & sickness cover for other members of the shift team. Work closely with Data Center Manager to ensure that all operational objectives are achieved.•Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted.
•Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
•Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed., to include walking team through dry-run of procedures prior to work commencing.
•Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information. Present to management and key stakeholders.•Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.•Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records.
•Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and EOPs/SOPs for critical work with risk assessment. Leads the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational and strategic risks to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance. Implement risk management frameworks, conducts regular risk assessments, and collaborates with stakeholders to proactively address potential threats and enhance organizational resilience.
•Ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
•Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
•Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
•Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function
•Accountable for full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
•Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
•Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
•Leads the preparation and delivery of comprehensive account reviews, providing strategic insights, performance analysis, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess client satisfaction, and present actionable recommendations that strengthen client relationships and drive business outcomes.
•Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
•Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
**What You'll Need:**
•High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Journeyman/Electrician or HVAC license, required, and state and local licensures, where required. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
•Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays•Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to read and understand building blueprints and mechanical/electrical one-line drawings.
