You will work alongside a dynamic team of industry professionals across the Critical Environments (CE) spectrum within Microsoft’s 24x7x365 mission-critical data centers. You will be serving as a mission critical Program and Project Manager with accountabilities that include, but are not limited to, development, maintenance, and delivery of global programs relating to critical environments infrastructure. These programs include maintenance, operations, and technical standards. You will monitor the execution of these programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvements. You will be expected to leverage your industry experience along with knowledge from industry governing bodies in developing these programs. You will be expected to document and implement best practices and learnings from the field as they apply to Microsoft’s global mission critical facilities.

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I DC Operations Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As a group, CO+I is focused on the personal and professional development for all employees and offers trainings and growth opportunities including Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion trainings and events, and professional certifications.
