Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Critical Environments Operator for one of their clients within the Data Center management space. Day to Day responsibilities will include: - Responsible for providing operational support for building systems in the facility. - Responsible for overseeing employees work and ensure adherence to operational procedures. In addition to completing assigned tasks in the data center. - Accurately log all activities and maintenance tasks into the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). - Monitor and maintain building systems, including power, cooling, and safety equipment. - Track ongoing and completed maintenance work, ensuring proper documentation. - Serve as the liaison for customer communications, including clients such as Oracle, Microsoft, Google, financial institutions, and other server space users. - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all documentation and communications.
