As Regional Crisis Management & Business Continuity Manager within our Corporate Security team, you'll lead resilience strategies across multiple regions, protecting Sanofi's operations, people, and assets. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate Crisis and Business Continuity networks through training and simulationsDevelop and maintain Business Continuity Plans aligned with industry best practicesConduct Business Impact Analysis to identify and protect critical processesManage crisis simulations and support teams during actual business disruptionsMonitor program effectiveness through KPIs and dashboardsCoordinate with IT on Disaster Recovery solutionsAssess vendor/service provider resiliency capabilities

About you

Experience: Proven experience in business continuity or crisis management, with demonstrated ability to lead projectsSoft and technical skills: Strong leadership and coordination abilities, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality, strong agility with matricial organization, experience in developing training programsEducation: Certifications from Disaster Recovery International Institute (DRII) or The Business Continuity Institute (BCI)Languages: Fluent English, both written and oral
