We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join our dedicated Criminal Justice Team in Nottinghamshire to support service users identified through the Criminal Justice System to reduce substance use related harm. Ensuring people accessing CGL services via the criminal justice system can improve and change their lives and reduce reoffending.

 

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Where: Nottinghamshire - primarily based in Mansfield. There may be occasional working in Bassetlaw, when required. 

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, paid Pro Rata) 

Contract: Permanent.

 

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire provides recovery support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments.

 

About the role:

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Nottinghamshire. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journeyProviding screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referralWorking with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determinationSupporting specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users.Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including courts, police, prisons and probation.Promoting carer, service user and community involvement.

About you: 

We are looking for individuals who:

Have an understanding of substance use issues and experience of working within a similar fieldBe an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with proficient IT skillsProactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skillsBe a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholdersUnderstand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards

 What we will give to you:

25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
