Crewing Coordinator – 12 Month Contract

Are you an experienced crewing or logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading global energy company as a Crewing Coordinator. This role is based in Perth and will support the planning and execution of crew movements across offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of offshore crewing logistics including travel, accommodation, and compliance documentation

Maintain rosters and ensure crew changes are completed in line with project schedules

Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless mobilisation and demobilisation

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, visa requirements, and company procedures

Manage emergency response crewing and short-notice changes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in relevant systems

About You:

Prior experience in a crewing, offshore logistics, or similar coordination role (ideally within oil & gas or marine sectors)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g. Vantage, OPMS, Excel)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive and solutions-focused approach
