A Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle paymentsFood preparation: Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package productsFood safety: Maintain food safety standards and check food temperaturesCleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunication: Communicate with team members and customersMenu knowledge: Be an expert on the menu and promotions
Qualifications
Be at least 16 years oldHave reliable transportationBe a team playerBe committed to customer satisfactionHave good communication skillsBe able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHave a food handler's certificateBe safety-focused, punctual, and respectful
Food Champions work in a fast-paced environment and should be friendly, helpful, and pay attention to detail
