Our client, a leader in the construction and installation industry, is seeking a Crew Leader and Installer to join their team. As a Crew Leader and Installer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Manage all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to completion. Oversee documentation, planning, and scheduling for various projects. Travel to other markets as required based on business needs. Communicate with customers professionally and explain product warranties and features during installation. Ensure quality control to meet the standards of the organization and troubleshoot any unforeseen problems.

What's Needed?

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience with general carpentry skills and ability to perform math calculations accurately. High school graduate or equivalent. Able to drive a company pickup with a large cargo trailer. Good communication skills with customers and fellow employees.
