Credit Policy Control Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven **Credit Policy Control Analyst** to join our Credit Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure our credit policies and controls are consistently assessed and upheld. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments, take initiative in improving processes, and are motivated by high standards of execution and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the planning and execution of credit policy control assessments. + Perform transaction testing to evaluate adherence to credit policy requirements and overall credit intent. + Ensure completion of testing activities and reporting within defined timeframes. + Analyze test data sourced from various systems while adhering to established protocols. + Maintain systematic documentation to support test results and decisions. + Record outcomes in the appropriate system of record. + Support communication of findings to business units and Credit Risk Management leadership. **What We're Looking For** + **Core Strengths:** Results Focus, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Clear Communication + Proven understanding of **fundamental credit concepts** and **control assessment** methodologies + Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to **manage processes** and **meet deadlines** + Ability to assess process and control design for effectiveness and efficiency + Commitment to **collaboration and teamwork** , with a strong ability to influence and drive accountability **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field + 2+ years of experience in credit risk, internal controls, compliance, or a similar role + Familiarity with credit policy documentation and transaction testing methodologies + Proficiency with data analysis tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, internal platforms) **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
