GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a Fixed Term 6 Months basis, to complement our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.
What You Will Be Doing:
Customer Service
Debt collection / credit control
Contact customers/stores and investigate reasons for late payments and payment optionsNegotiate a payment plan for customersPlace accounts on stop credit as requiredCheck and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accountsAccount Maintenance
Account maintenance and set upSet Credit limits for customers Ensure appropriate security processesReconciliations and ReceiptingEnsure all Key Accounts are reconciledReporting as requiredAdministrationAbout You
