Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with at least 25 points

Tertiary education will be an advantage

2 - 3 years Banking and Credit experience

Computer literate

Good interpersonal communication skills

Above average numerical ability

Excellent Time Management skills

Strong team player

Attention to detail

Job Specification:

Ensure credit approvals comply with the relevant Credit Policy and Financial Crime Guidelines;

Concurrent processing of loan application and prompt review process;

Monitoring of Loan Applications in the assessment queue;

Maintain effective controls on loans;

Sanction screening on individual clients during the vetting process;

Employment confirmation with Employers;

Effective communication with internal stakeholders;

Accountable for service delivery through own efforts;

Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
