Credit Manager - Park Hyatt Jakarta

§ Perform Due diligence on customer Credit Application

§ Ensure correct system posting of AR and payment application.

§ Ensure complete supporting documents for invoicing and Ontime delivery of Invoices

§ Follow up closely with Customers on AR payment progress

§ Ensure Credit AR are comply with Hyatt MOR Requirement

§ Ensure Customers invoices are paid ontime

§ Perform Monthly reconciliation of AR balance

§ Maintain AR days to be the lowest in Hyatt ASPAC

§ Ensure "Zero" Bad Debt in AR

§ Participate in Monthly Inventory Stock take and Bi annually OE Stock take

§ Prepare Accounting journal voucher

§ Maintain Internal Control within Accounting Department and hotel.

§ Ensure to hold Credit Meeting before 20 every month.

§ Contribute to Work efficiency within Accounting Department and hotel.

§ Participate in improving Hotel profit
