Position Summary
The "Credit Controller Representative III" gives significantly to the "Order to Cash" Department by optimally handling credit exposure and trade debt collection for the NA Region. Responsibilities include uploading invoices promptly to client portals for timely payments. Candidates with attention to detail and strong account reconciliation skills are welcome to apply!
Main Responsibilities:
Resolves customer questions and issues; directs cases to appropriate department or person; educates customers on policies and procedures; provides and requests data and documentation.Handles non-complex overdue accounts in accordance with established collection strategies. Documents of customer contact regarding payment delays. Works as an ally with sales, customer service, taxes, order management, billing, and master data.Research and updates financial systems to resolve exceptions; processes documents according to policies; maintains data tracking records for reporting; validates supporting documentation; assigns revenues or expenses; records transactions; compares data for processing; identifies items for elevation procedures; verifies customer information.Contributes to quality control by reviewing documentation to verify accuracy and compliance with procedures, adheres to legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance; notifies management of quality issues or concerns by identifying data trends and system and process problems, and addressing partners; shares process improvement suggestions; and performs quality checks on processed documents.Completes assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, internal customers, and others.Aligns with company policies, procedures, and ethical and integrity standards by implementing related action plans; using the open-door policy; and applying them in process execution.Maintains engagement and communication through phone, email, and chat.Identifies optimization opportunities and continuous improvement of department-related processes to establish new strategies and apply the best strategies.Provides support and fulfills any other requests required by company needs.Basic Requirements:
Professional Technician or university bachelor's student in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.Confirmed expertise of 3 years, in the accounting/finance and/or customer service field.B2 level of English.MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - Intermediate Excel.Expertise in at least one ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, and/or Mainframe).Proficiencies:
