Job Description

Responsible collection of debts.

Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.Ensure collections are done in time to ensure debtor days for Governments and NGOs are kept below 30 daysMonitor debt balances dailyReconcile accounts that have been escalated from the sales and underwriting team.Liaise with customers, underwriters and sales team to ensure collection.Prepare statements and reportsCancel debts falling beyond credit period.
