Key Responsibilities:
Manage the credit control process to reduce overdue debts and improve cash flow
Liaise with customers to resolve payment queries promptly and professionally
Lead and support the credit control team to meet targets and deadlines
Monitor accounts and prepare regular reports for senior management
Implement effective credit control strategies and policies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Proficient in relevant financial software and MS Excel
