For our team we are looking for:
CREDIT CONTROL AND TREASURY SPECIALIST
“Heidelberg Materials Devnya” is part of Heidelberg Materials – a leader in the cement industry worldwide and the largest cement producer in Bulgaria with a leading position in the domestic market but also the main cement exporter.
Your Tasks:
Monitoring account receivables of the company assess and execute appropriate actions to secure payment, aligned with Credit Manager for certain cases;
Monitoring and review credit limits, days of deferred payment for customers - annually or on ad-hoc bases;
Assess financials of customer requesting credit limits, legal data, etc.;
Resolve AR inquiries, including account status and payment terms;
Maintain Credit master data in ERP system;
Prepare additional analysis, reports or calculations, given by Credit Manager;
Analyze data to identify improvements to the collection strategy;
In case of absence, replace Treasury specialist by preparing & executing mass or individual payments to suppliers via e-banking;
Our requirements:
University degree in Finance, Economy or related field;
At least 3 years of related work experience;
Experience using ERP systems, accounting software (preferably SAP- HCP, PR0 or S/4HANA);
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English. Basic Knowledge of Greek will be an advantage;
Excellent computer literacy – MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook and Word);
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities;
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information;
High comfort level with new systems and integration;
Excellent written and verbal communicating skills;
