What success looks like in this role:
Be the interface between client and Unisys internal clients!
Maximize Unisys cash flow and profit through prompt cash collection of outstanding invoices, and the management of internal and external disputes!
Key Responsibilities:
Collection of outstanding customer invoices in line with cash and debt reduction targets.
Contacting customers by telephone, email, letter, AP web page, issuing and analyzing Aging and Cash Forecast report
Sending & Reconciling statements of accounts to customers
Identification of disputes / invoice errors preventing prompt payment by client,
Notification of action takers – both internally and externally – to resolve issues preventing payment
Account reconciliation – ensuring that cash receipts and credit notes are accurately applied,
Weekly cash forecasting for designated accounts
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Language capability – must be fluent in English and a second major European language is highly preferred
Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle Accounts Receivable Module or Oracle Fusion)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in Shared Service Center or Credit and Collections required
Ability to work effectively in teams
Key Skills:

Ability to make judgments and think independently
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proficient Excel skills
