Job Title: Credit Card Specialist

Job Description

The Credit Card Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the credit card processes to assist cardholders in effectively managing their expense reports and cash reimbursements. This role involves reviewing and reconciling expense reports, verifying details, and aiding cardholders in timely and accurate expense report submissions. Additionally, the position involves managing vendor payments to maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely payments. Analytical duties include resolving issues for associates and vendors proficiently and efficiently. Continuous self-development is encouraged, including actively seeking cross-training and leadership opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer daily emails and calls from associates and vendors regarding system, payment, and program issues.Facilitate timely reconciliation of credit card payments by assisting associates with training on the PNC credit card platform. This may include providing credit card information, credit limit increases, password and username information, and resetting and updating associate information.Maintain professional efficiency relating to credit card detail assistance.Perform month-end reconciliations and journal entries.Assist with applications, issuance, and monitoring of corporate credit cards.Compile documentation in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting principles using SAP and credit card platform reporting.Ensure compliance with internal controls and various departmental procedures.Essential SkillsDemonstrate analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with strong attention to detail.Strong background in Accounts Payable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in SAP is ideal but not required; experience with another large ERP system is beneficial.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, always maintaining a professional attitude with a willingness to research and assist associates.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in credit card transactions, accounts payable, banking, and treasury.Work Environment

The position is onsite Monday to Friday. Free parking is available onsite. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
