Job Description:

This position handles complex credit issues. He/she gets cross trained on every phase of the quality department. This position provides coverage for employees that are out of the office. He/she works closely with supervisor on special accounts.

Job Description-

This position involves communicating with customers via emails and calls for collection of unpaid invoices.He/She should have very good communication skills and should have the ability to understand the concern/dispute raised by customer thereby bringing resolution and negotiating to arrange payments.He/She  will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tasks to be performed within the agreed deadlines.He/She should have the multitasking ability and decision making skills to take important decisions related to the accounts handled by them.Any prior experience related to customer handling/AR will be an added advantage
