Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain professionalism while handling firm discussions when necessary. You will be managing a current outstanding of about $10 million in aged receivables, with credit limit orders up to $250k that require your approval and release.
Responsibilities
Manage and collect on aged receivables totaling approximately $10 million.Approve and release credit limit orders up to $250k.Perform credit analysis and collections activities.Handle outbound and collection calls to ensure timely payments.Utilize ERP systems, specifically SAP, for invoicing and finance management.Provide excellent customer service while managing accounts receivable.Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on credit and collection efforts.Proficient understanding of the credit hold and release process.Experience with Vlookups in Excel.ERP experience, specifically with SAP.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.Background in accounting and finance.Experience in making outbound and collection calls.Work Environment
The role requires on-site presence every day during the first few weeks for training. After the initial training period, a hybrid work schedule will be implemented: working from home on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and in-office on Monday and Wednesday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
