Credit Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Reviews, analyzes, and approves or denies customer credit applications.
+ Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections.
+ Provides communications to MAs (marketing associates), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts.
+ Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
+ Makes recommendations on bad debt management.
Education:
2-4 years of college and/or relevant experience
Experience:
At least one year of credit or collections experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience processing customer ACH and credit card payments
Skills - Proficient computer skills. Basic to intermediate Excel
