We have a unique structure that enables us to meet specific financing needs for Cat® machinery. **Role Definition** Conducts system uploads and reviews of credit applications documentation to ensure record accuracy and achieve higher level standards. **What You Will Do** + Receive credit applications from sales personnel and perform the pre-credit evaluation work + Ask sales personnel for missing/additional information if credit proposal is incomplete or unclear + Credit risk assessment of customers (credit analysis for loans, finance and operating lease) + Credit recommendations to Credit Analysts or Credit Manager on new business or modifications requests + Re-assessment of customer’ creditworthiness during contract modification process + Archiving credit file on shared drive for audit purposes + Preparing credit and portfolio related reports **Key Skills** **Information Capture** : Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner. **Accuracy and Attention to Detail** : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. **Effective Communications** : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. **Managing Multiple Priorities** : Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. **Data Entry Management** : Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report the results during daily work. **What Will Put You Ahead** + A graduate (bachelor’s or master's degree) in economics, finance or accounting + Minimum experience in Credit or Customer Service would be a plus + Ability to understand and analyse financial statements + Ability to recognize risks and ask the right questions to expose risks + Upper-Intermediate English, both spoken & written + Very good command of Excel and Word **What We Offer** + A fixed-term employment contract for ca. 10 months with a base salary and quarterly performance bonus + A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-financing for a sports card, vacation subsidies, and educational support + A modern office in a prime location near Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station + A friendly team and a positive working atmosphere + Opportunities to gain valuable experience and grow within a well-established American company **Additional Information** + This is a full-time employment opportunity. + The role is fully onsite, five days a week. **Posting Dates:** September 29, 2025 - October 12, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
