Job Description

The Account Data Analyst is responsible for creation, support, and maintenance of customer data in support of the Direct to Physician organization. This is the foundational position for ensuring the data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant.

The Account Data Analyst will partner with Customer Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Loyalty, Customers, Sales, and 3rd party vendors to ensure customer accounts are created and maintained appropriately to support commercial operations.

Responsibilities to include:

Perform data validation to ensure quality and notify appropriate business partners when quality issues ariseEnsure customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliantPossess advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for all customer account settings, identify problems, and generate solutionsLead or attend cross-functional calls with customers, sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issuesAnalyze data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify better ways to conduct businessDesign, pull, and/or interpret a variety of operational performance reportsConduct complex data mining activities and analysis via multiple business systems (I.E. SAP, CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirementsTake ownership of tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without additional promptingProvide timely updates on tasks/projectsExhibit superior verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate high level of knowledge and confidence in decision makingIdentify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguityTake initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate resolution
Qualifications

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

High School diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredSAP and Salesforce experience preferredEffective communication skills (presentation, document writing, coaching)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and other database query solutionsAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processesExcellent organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to take initiative and make quality decisionsExperience with customer master or master data management solutions

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
