Helping maintain a safe, positive, and respectful work environment

Maintain high standards of patient care across all species

Support and promote all VCA initiatives

3+ years of veterinary technician experience

Have prior leadership experience—or a clear desire and ability to grow into a leadership role

A deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship

Are confident in your clinical skills and enjoy teaching others

Communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully

Take pride in your work and value a supportive, team-based culture

Comfort with (or interest in learning) exotic animal handling

A sense of humor and a whole lot of compassion

A truly supportive, no-drama culture

Competitive pay based on experience

Medical, dental, and vision insurance
