Job Description The Creative Video Producer is responsible for the end-to-end management, production, and delivery of video content that transforms complex research into clear, engaging, and impactful visual stories. This role demands both creative vision and strong project management skills, fostering close collaboration among the Research & Policy Center (RPC), the Creative Exchange team, and Marketing stakeholders. The Creative Video Producer ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with brand standards, and supportive of RPC’s long-term strategic goals. Skills and Requirements - 5 years of experience in video production  - Background in research based video production - ability to take daunting, long material and fit into short form video Adobe CS (premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) - exp in the finance industry or research based content analysis
