**Required Skills:**
Creative Strategist, South Cone Responsibilities:
1. Inspire clients and industries with effective approaches that drive measurable business outcomes
2. Collaborate with varied cross-functional teams to refine and scale strategies for maximum impact across Meta’s platforms
3. Innovate continuously to harness creativity for business growth while delivering value to people and communities
4. Act as a hands-on builder and creator, bringing ideas to life and scaling them globally
5. Understand and explore Meta products from a business and consumer perspective to craft remarkable brand experiences
6. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment by demonstrating tenacity, bravery, and a big-picture mindset
7. Support client strategic planning through close collaboration with sales and client success teams
8. Develop actionable insights and lead educational sessions to share best practices and drive local business resonance
9. Facilitate collaborative brainstorming and ideation with clients and agencies to create Meta-focused campaigns
10. Contribute to Meta’s creative case studies, scalable solutions, publications, and research priorities aligned with product development

11. 6+ years of experience driving creative performance in fast-paced environments such as startups, tech companies, digital agencies, or innovative content platforms, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions at scale
12. Proficient conceptual thinker and problem solver with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies, effectively influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute high-impact initiatives across multiple digital platforms
13. Advanced data fluency—comfortable working hands-on with analytics, experimentation, and measurement tools. Eager to adopt new technologies and leverage data to generate actionable insights and optimize creative strategies
14. Recent work required showcasing innovative, tech-forward creative solutions and measurable business outcomes

15. Previous collaborative experience with engineering and data teams to deliver innovative, impactful solutions
16. Use of the latest tools to prototype work - from harnessing AI as a companion to building ideas through video to exploring novel delivery mechanisms for content
17. Demonstrated experience in Direct Response (DR) campaigns, including paid acquisition campaigns and performance-focused strategies for development
